I INSTALLED my PTCL landline and Broadband services on July 31 from Landhi 89 Exchange, it worked well and smoothly initially, but from Aug 2, till now I have been facing a Broadband connectivity problem. Meanwhile I made several complaints (Nos 41, 73, 57, 41) to the department concerned but regrettably there was no response from the relevant quarters.
