Not to make her case controversial ? It is her lawyers who have already done so by changing the stance in he defence every time they pleaded in court. It is beyond imagination as to how can her lawyers argue that she is not liable to be booked / charged with money smuggling or laundering because she had not boarded the flight !!! Even a lay man would not agree to such lame excuse leave alone the judges. If this argument holds any ..any ground then what about those others most of whom are caught for smuggling during customs checking and before boarding flights ? Moreover, it is not understood whether the courts have any limit or not in respect of number of adjournments. If there is none the case may linger on for years without this culprit getting charged. And then it would be convenient to be buried under the carpet.

Well, judges are human being also with families, they will not jeopardize their lives and lives of their family members, especially after watching murder of custom inspector who caught her. Do not expect anything will happen unless Army take over this case and set the example. We all know nothing happened in Jahanzeb case with Jatoee family in Karachi. It is a joke and that is why people have left no choice but take law in their hands and I do not blame them, I do not blame impotent judiciary system as well, I blame whole nation including myself, we as nation have lost the sense of crime or sins.
