It is always nice to see quality actresses graduating from stage and television to films. It shows gradual but assured artistic growth. Sanam Saeed, who has done a number of memorable roles in television plays and on Karachi stage, will now be seen on the silver screen. She’s playing the part of an Indian girl in a movie titled Bachaana. The film is directed by Nasir Khan and Mohib Mirza is playing the male lead in it. Mohib M, by the way, will be doing an unusual role, a departure from his usual appearances as an actor. This has been claimed by the promoters of the film.

All we can say, hato bacho, other actors!
