SUKKUR: Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has said that Imran Khan is an immature politician who does not stand by the words he speaks.

Talking to reporters here on Saturday, he said political leaders should demonstrate maturity and stop disgracing one another.

Mr Shah said that hostility between the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and the PML-N was of no benefit to the country.

When PTI supporters stormed the PTV headquarters and Parliament House, he said, the party saw no evil in the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and even sought its support.

“But now the PTI’s perception of the MQM has changed which has created tension between the two parties.”

There was no justification in allegations levelled by PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Jahangir Tareen that the government was violating the accord on the formation of a judicial commission to probe alleged rigging in the 2013 general elections, he said.
