Operation & MQM

Published March 7, 2015

THIS refers to the news item ‘MQM, Rangers trade reproaches over Karachi operation’ (Feb 3). I believe MQM leaders should be brave about their decision-making approach by allowing law-enforcement agencies to achieve their targets in Karachi freely.

Let the law-enforcement agencies do their job to clean every functional network of banned outfits, which may have any political or religious background, till the cows come home.

Moreover, every sleepless soul in Karachi should try to soothe the nerves of the City of Lights and assist our law-enforcers to restore peace to the city. This will happen only if all hands join together for defeating extremism.
