FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Trust (FDT), an organisation of industrialists, will financially support the emergency ward of the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital to double its capacity from 50 to 100 beds with an equipped mobile ambulance.
This was announced by FDT’s newly-elected chairman Umer Nazar Shah at the annual general meeting of the trust presided over by Faisalabad Commissioner Naseem Nawaz on Friday.
Under the title of “As’saha” the FDT will also provide funds for the upgrade of emergency and diagnoses services at the hospital. Shah has been selected as FDT chairman for the next two years.

He urged industrialists to join hands for the healthy district.
