KARACHI, Sept 19: Sindh labour minister Adil Siddiqi has called for an early completion of cardiac ward at the Kulsoom Bai Valika Social Security Hospital, SITE, so that workers registered with the Sindh Employees Social Security Institution could have the cardiac treatment facilities.

He stated this during a visit to the hospital where he reviewed the medical facilities being provided to patients.

He urged the doctors to ensure provision of all possible medical facilities to workers and their dependents so that they could play their due role towards the development of the country.

On the occasion, the minister showed his displeasure over inattention of doctors and substandard sanitary conditions.—APP
