HBL and PTCL share points

KARACHI, Sept 17: A second half equaliser from Shahid Saleem helped Habib Bank force a 1-1 draw with PTCL in the PFF Cup football tournament in Quetta on Wednesday.

According to information, after a barren first half, PTCL’s Adeel Ahmad broke the ice when he slammed home a Saleem Butt cross in the 49th minute.

Shahid equalised after some hard work by Pervaiz Ahmad in the 65th minute.

Thursday’s fixtures:

Allied Bank v Karachi Port Trust at 2.30pm; National Bank v Sui Southern Gas Company at 4.30pm.
