Young World

YW is the best magazine for kids as well as for adults; it is also the best platform to improve vocabulary, knowledge and awareness regarding various issues. Every Saturday, I am really excited because on this day I get YW to read. My parents feel satisfied and content when I am reading this magazine, so I would like to thank and appreciate the efforts of the YW team.

II

I HAVE been reading YW since a very young age. It provides us with interesting information and it also improves English.

What I like most in YW is ‘Mailbox’. Here readers and writers both participate by appreciating or criticising the stories, articles, website reviews, etc., written by different writers from different cities. ‘Mailbox’ connects kids with each other and it feels like we are part of a well-educated family.

Story time

I LOVE YW because it is one of my favourite magazines. I wholeheartedly appreciate the writers of the magazine who provide us with unique information on various topics.

However, I feel that stories which contain moral lessons should also be included as they not only provide entertainment, but they also leave a great impact on one’s mind. Therefore, I would request the YW team to include more stories that have moral lessons in them so that we can learn how to live a good life.

Website review

THIS is with the reference to the website review “Dioulingo” by Asif Ali (December 13, 2014). I found the website really interesting, and also found the languages not too difficult to learn.

I am learning Spanish and I am having a great experience on the website. I would like to thank the writer and the YW for providing us with great websites.

The weekly weird

THIS is with reference to the weekly column “The weekly weird” (YW, January 3, 2015). I and my siblings were disappointed to see such a limited space given to this interesting section.

We are fond of reading “The weekly weird” and seeing only one news made us very sad.

Every week we cut this section and compile it to share and for later reference. I would like to request the YW team to always publish this section complete and never cut it short.
