DERA GHAZI KHAN: Employees of the OGDC Dhodhak plant in Taunsa Sharif observed a strike against the police action on their fellow employees in Islamabad as well as against the privatisation of OGDC.

They kept the main gate of the plant shut for the second day running in protest.

Union secretary-general Tabassum Tauqir Qaisrani told reporters they condemned the police action on their fellow employees who had staged a rally against privatisation in Islamabad. He said employees had been unanimously and untidily resisting privatisation of the OGDC.
