IS there any relevance between mega projects of different colours in Lahore and the death of innocent children in uncovered manholes of the city?
Have we lost our sense of priorities or have become so callous about human lives? Can’t we recognise ground realities about civic deprivations or the immediate needs of voiceless public?
Is this a bureaucratic attitude due to the absence of a local government system?
