RAWALPINDI, Dec 20: The caretaker Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami (Rawalpindi chapter), Syed Aziz Hamid, has condemned Israeli attacks on the Palestinian population.

Speaking at a gathering of the Jamaat students wing, the city chief termed these attacks as the result of short-sighted and cowardly decisions of the Muslim rulers. These are the results of American neo-colonialist policies, he said.

Chief of the students wing, Rawalpindi, Mehboob Illahi Butt, said cooperating with the US against Afghans is tantamount to assisting the aggressors against the aggrieved.

The US has proved to be the biggest terrorist of the world, he said.

The threatening statements from India and the US support for the latter should be an eye-opener for the rulers.

He stressed that the rulers in the Muslim World should understand the US conspiracies and unite to foil the same. The spirit of Jihad should be aroused, he urged.
