RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army dispatched eight trucks of relief goods for temporary displaced persons of North Waziristan Agency.

It was the fourth consignment weighing 110 tons of supplies that was sent by 10 corps of the army as part of its efforts to mitigate the suffering of those displaced by the military operation under way in North Waziristan Agency against militants.

The consignment contained flour, rice, ghee, sugar, powdered milk, dates, pulses, water coolers, clothes, crockery, candies and juice packs, said an Inter Services Public Relations press release issued on Wednesday.
