LAHORE: Parliamentary Secretary for Health Khwaja Imran Nazir has ordered to seal a property in Shahdara on finding a large quantity of dengue larva.

He visited junkyards in Farakhabad, Shahdara, on the second day of Eid along with MPA Chaudhry Shahbaz and the environment secretary as well as officers of Ravi Town.

During inspection of a junkyard, a large quantity of dengue larva was found in an underground water tank. The parliamentary secretary ordered to seal the property and register a case against its owner.

He warned that action would be taken as per law against the commercial institutions, junkyards, tyre shops and owners of under-construction places violating the anti-dengue laws.
