DERA MURAD JAMALI: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has requested Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to see to it that electricity is provided to Nasirabad and Sibi areas from the Uch power plant.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Uch power project-II here on Friday, he said it was the demand of all the elected representatives of Sibi and Nasirabad divisions that electricity be provided to their areas from the Uch-II project.

“Electricity which goes into the national grid via Guddu will never return to Balochistan,” he remarked.

He thanked the prime minister for inaugurating the power plant and taking personal interest in solving the issues being faced by Balochistan.

Dr Baloch said the prime minister visited Gwadar the other day and reviewed the development works there and now he was in Dera Murad Jamali.

The chief minister said the people of Balochistan appreciated the prime minister for taking special interest in the development of Balochistan.
