QUETTA: Two people were gunned down in the provincial capital and a bullet-riddled body was found in Kuchlak area on Friday, police said.

Four armed men riding a car opened fire at two persons in Satellite town area, killing them on the spot.

“The two received multiple bullet wounds in their heads and chest,” police said. Abdul Nabi Kakar and Abdul Kamal Kakar were residents of Chalu Bawari area of Quetta.

The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital for autopsy.

The motive behind the fatal attack could not be immediately ascertained.

“We are investigating the incident,” police said.

Meanwhile, a bullet-riddled body was found at Bostan road area of Kuchlak.

The man was identified as Abdul Wahid Noorzai, a resident of the border town of Chaman.

Police were investigating the incident.
