KHUZDAR: The bodies of 11 people killed in a road accident in Karachi on Wednesday were brought to their hometown of Khuzdar on Thursday.
They were killed when they fell into the Lyari river from a speeding mini-truck.
Gloom loomed large over Khuzdar. A large number of people gathered at the hospital to receive the bodies of their near and dear ones amid sobs and sighs.
SHOOTING: Two people were injured when gunmen opened fire on them on Sultan Ibrahim road. The injured, identified as Zohaib Zaheer and Nazeer Lehri, were taken to the CMH Khuzdar, police said.
Investigation was in progress, but no arrest could be made till late in the night.
