A Narowal hospital

Published February 3, 2014

I RECENTLY visited Sughra Shafi Medical Complex, Narowal. I was impressed with the way this hospital is providing health facilities to patients.

The hospital was very neat and clean. The staff, from doctors to the guard, was very courteous. When I told the staff that I came from Karachi, they cordially welcomed me.

They briefed me about the history of the hospital and allowed me to visit different sections of the hospital, including the residential area, though this is strictly prohibited. I also availed myself of the facilities of the emergency department and laboratory.

Abrarul Haq, one of the founding members, should be lauded for establishing this hospital in memory of his mother.
