HYDERABAD, June 20: The power supply continued to play hide and seek with the consumers for the third consecutive day here on Friday following a heavy downpour and dust storm on Wednesday.

The erratic power supply has made the lives of the people miserable in the sizzling heat and humid weather.

The residents of Saddar sub-division were the worst sufferers where the power supply was switched off at 2:30am and restored at 1pm on Friday. Again the power supply was cut off on four occasions between 1pm to 7.15pm.

The SDO’s office had only one reply — “technical fault” — to people’s complaints.
