QUETTA, Dec 15: A man was killed and another injured when some people opened indiscriminate fire on them in Bolan market area of Sibi on Sunday, police said. They said the deceased was identified as Abdul Quddoos who died on the spot.

The injured man, Rehan Gashkori, was rushed to a hospital. The attackers fled after the attack.

Police have registered a case against unidentified people.

Meanwhile, two motor mechanics were injured when some men opened fire on them in Nal area of Khuzdar district.

Levies sources said that armed men on a motorcycle came to a motor workshop and opened indiscriminate before speeding away.

After the firing the injured, Din Mohammad and Mohammad Rafiq, were rushed to a hospital.

But due to their serious condition they were later moved to the Combined Military Hospital.
