Two die in accident

LAHORE, June 13: A young motorcyclist was killed in an accident on the Jail Road, Shadman, on Friday.

Quoting witnesses, police said the youngster, 24, was zigzagging his motorcycle outside a girl’s college when it hit a pavement. He suffered grievous injuries and died at the Services Hospital.

The body was sent to the city mortuary for autopsy.

Meanwhile, a woman, about 60, was crossing the road at Sanda when a wagon hit her. She died on way to hospital.

The police have registered a case against the absconding driver. They removed the body to the city mortuary.
