KARACHI, Dec 1: Sadia Gul of Wapda annexed the national women’s squash title with a straight-sets victory over Riffat Khan of ZTBL in the final at Southend Club on Sunday.

Sadia played brilliantly to defeat on her opponent 11-5, 11-6, 13-11 in 36 minutes and avenge her Abottabad defeat.

Sadia earned a winning purse of Rs15, 000 while Riffat received runner-up prize of Rs10, 500. Cash prizes of Rs75, 000 were distributed by the organisers.—Sports Correspondent
