QUETTA: Three bodies bearing torture marks were found near a stream in the Bostan Cross area in Pishin while another two men were found dead in separate incidents on Wednesday.

According to the police, three tortured dead bodies were found dumped close to the stream. The bodies were transferred to Civil Hospital Quetta for medic-legal formalities.

Doctors said that all three men had been killed after being been shot in the head. The dead bodies are reported to be two to three days old and remained unidentified till the filing of this news report.

Meanwhile in Wadh, Khuzdar, a man was shot dead while his brother sustained injuries after unidentified gunmen opened fire on them.

An oil tanker en route to Karachi from Baghban in Khusdar was set on fire after unknown persons opened fire on it.

In Quetta, a young man Sardar Mohammad committed suicide in Pashtunabad neighbourhood.

In the same area, a man named Ghulam Hazrat was kidnapped by unidentified men in a car. In Kech, district Turbat, a lawyer and human rights advocate Haider K. B. was kidnapped by unidentified men.

In response to the kidnapping, he Balochistan Bar Association has called for a boycott of court proceedings on Thursday.
