Religious leaders are not playing their role effectively in curbing sectarianism. The people are exploited in the name of religion, and it is easy to convince and mould them by using this tactic.
Our leaders are not trying to find out long-term solutions. Instead, the government is busy maligning and blaming others for its faults.
The people were expecting that the recent press conference of the interior minister would address these issues, but the main focus was on the trial of the former president under Article 6.
I don’t know why our leaders are not bothered about these issues and show no interest in finding solutions.
