This was stated by Hyderabad commissioner Jamal Mustafa Syed here on Tuesday while presiding over a meeting of officers involved in carrying out various schemes pertaining to improvement of communication, health, education, drainage, water supply, police, local bodies, sports, constructions of mosques, public parks, women welfare centres, etc.
