I HAPPENED to read a news item in a section of the press that fumigation spray was completed in the MC areas by the Health Department of Charsadda.
The fact is that the said spray has not been carried out in larger parts of the said areas. In my own area of dwelling in MC-1 at Garhi Hameed Gul Mian the spray was carried out only in a selected and most limited area, comprising a few houses. It is unfortunate that we complete our file work in offices, and send reports to radio and newspapers, but actually we have done no work. The authorities should carry out fumigation spray.
