KARACHI, Aug 19: Pakistan’s top-ranked tennis player Saba Aziz will be proceeding to the US on Friday on the prestigious Fulbright scholarship where she plans to do her MSc in sports journalism from Boston University, her family said on Monday.

She has graduated with a first class honours from the London School of Economics external programme.

Saba, a former Pakistan No 1, had the honour of representing the country in Fed Cups in Thailand (2011) and China (2012) apart from playing ITF women’s Futures in India, Egypt and Pakistan. She has also won numerous titles during her career. —Sports Correspondent
