THE Sindh Assembly recently passed a Sindh Civil Servants’ (Amendment) Act 2013. I am worried about it. The selected blue-eyed boys of feudal lords will get out-of-turn promotions, which will create discrimination in the future in the police department. It has been reported that some police officers, related to some Sindh minister, came from other departments. Why are police officers waiting for promotion for the last 16 years being victimized?
