LAHORE, Aug 26: The Lahore College for Women University has offered admissions to M.A TESOL (Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) two-year programme, which has been designed for in-service teachers of English at school, college and university levels, as well as for fresh graduates or postgraduates intending to take up teaching as a career.

The candidates having B.A/B.Sc or BS (Honours) or M.A/M.Sc from any recognised university and in-service teachers of English at school, college and university levels are eligible to apply. The university will hold classes from 3pm to 5pm to facilitate the in-service teachers.

The students having diploma in TESOL, ELT or TEFL from any other recognised college/university are eligible to apply for admission to M.A TESOL Part-II directly.

Candidates can submit their admission forms by Sept 7, interviews will be held at TESOL department on Sept 14 at 10am, merit list will be displayed on Sept 20 and classes will commence from Oct 3, 2011.
