CHAKWAL, Aug 7: A man was beaten black and blue, police said on Sunday.
Naveed Ahmed told Dhuman police that he was coming to Chakwal city when he was intercepted by some men who started beating him with clubs and iron rods. Afterwards, they dragged him to a deserted place where they shaved his eyebrows and moustache.
