MARDAN, Jan 21: Pakistan Muslim League-N has announced names of the office-bearers for the organising committees across the Mardan district, says a party press release issued here on Friday.

Sources said a party meeting was held with district organiser Col (retd) Sher Afghan Khan in the chair which was also attended by key local leaders.

The meeting discussed party affairs and overall performance in the city and other parts of the district.

After long consultations, participants of the meeting announced names of the office-bearers for four organising committees.

Nawab Zada Arsala Khan was made organiser for Mardan tehsil, Sikandar Hayat Khan Katlang tehsil, Sher Zaman Takar Takhbai tehsil and Javed Khan for Mardan city.

The names of other organising committees’ office-bearers were also announced during the meeting. As per the announcement, they were Bakhtawar Khan organising secretary and Taj Ghani advocate secretary coordinator of Mardan tehsil organising committee.

Likewise, Mujeeb Khan was made organising secretary and Ajmal Khan secretary coordinator for the Takhbai tehsil organising committee.

Similarly, Fazal Raziq was made organising secretary and Yar Hussain Khan secretary coordinator for Katlang tehsil besides Shah Zaman Khan and Javed Ghazali were selected as organising secretary and secretary coordinator for Mardan city organising committee.
