Boy killed in Indian firing

MUZAFFARABAD, April 9: A teenage boy was killed in Kotli district on Tuesday as Indian troops resorted to machine gun fire from across the Line of Control.

The 14-year-old boy, Attique, became the victim of unprovoked Indian firing in Dharoti village in Nakyal sector, Superintendent Raja Ghulam Sarwar told Dawn.

He said the boy was standing in the courtyard of his house when the bullets hit and killed him on the spot.
