MUREEE: Three people were killed and just as many injured in a land dispute in Darya Gali Bazaar.

Locals allege the head of the local ‘Chotoo’ gang opened fire during a dispute over land.

Yasir Zaman, Usama Masood and a young woman passing by were killed during the firing.

President Traders’ Organisation Hameed Abbasi said the bodies were taken to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital and that the police had not come to the hospital two hours after the incident.

When asked, Station House Officer Ali Abbas said him and his team had reached the hospital and that a team has already been tasked with arresting the suspect.
