GUJRANWALA: A Chinese engineer working on the Nandipur Power Project died after falling from a crane on Thursday.

Zhou Xian, who had been working on the Nandipur Power Project for the last one year, slipped from a crane and fell on the ground. Critically injured, he was taken to District Headquarters Hospital where doctors referred him to Lahore's General Hospital where he succumbed to head injuries.

The body was handed over to his company officers after completing legal formalities.
