KARACHI: President Mamnoon Hussain has appealed to the people to reject ‘anarchists’ who want to obstruct the country’s progress and highlighted the need for the continuity of the democratic process for development.

He was talking to former secretary general of the Communist Party Pakistan Prof Jamal Naqvi who called on him here on Wednesday.

The president said the country would be out of its crises within five years if it was not interrupted by undemocratic forces.

Prof Naqvi also presented a copy of his book to the president.
