KARACHI: The Bohra community’s spiritual leader Dr Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, along with his family members, arrived in Karachi on Monday.

Upon his arriving at the old terminal of Karachi airport, Syedna was received by caretaker Sindh Chief Minister retired Justice Maqbool Baqar and Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab.

Former CM and PPP leader Syed Murad Ali Shah, Senate deputy chairman Saleem Mandviwala and members of the Bohra community also welcomed him.

According to a press release, Syedna arrived in Karachi from Sri Lanka on the invitation of the government and the community members.

Syedna thanked the interim CM and others for the heartfelt welcome he received upon his arrival.
