Riaz presented himself in the court of Justice Bahadur Ali Khan along with his lawyers Advocate Zahid Bukhari and Advocate Azhar Siddique.

Riaz is facing a court case for allegedly illegally taking over land owned by the Auqaf Department.

PCBL's land is also said to be in his name, a prosecutor for the anti-corruption department said.

"46 canal, 14 marla of land is located within Bahira Town. In total Malik Riaz has taken over 69 canals of government land to add to his housing society," he said.

The court granted Riaz bail after hearing arguments from both sides.
