HPS win Inter-school Table Tennis

KARACHI, Dec 15 Habib Public School annexed the boys' team event title in the 17th Wazir Ali Memorial Inter-school Table Tennis tournament which concluded at the Nasra School on Tuesday.

The Habibians beat hosts Nasra School Main Campus (Morning) 2-1 to became new champions.

Nasra School Main Campus (Afternoon) however, continued their domination when their girls' outfit outplayed Jennings School 2-0 to win the title for an overall sixteenth time.

Boys team event final Habib Public School bt Nasra School Main Campus (Morning) 2-1 (Mustafa lost to Aheel 11-13, 11-8, 11-7; Aman bt Raheel 11-8, 11-5, 11-3; Burhan bt Sharoon 11-7, 11-5, 7-11, 13-11).

Girls team event final Nasra School Main Campus (Afternoon) bt Jennings School 2-0 (Farah Ilyas bt Simran 11-3, 11-2, 11-2; Ateeqa bt Afreen 11-8, 10-12, 11-3, 10-12, 11-5).
