LAHORE, Oct 26 The second PHF Junior Super Hockey League will begin at the National Hockey Stadium here from Wednesday.

Prize money of Rs2 million will be distributed amongst the players.

Man-of-the-match will get a cash prize while man-of-the-tournament will receive a motorbike.

Scrutiny of the teams will also start from Wednesday before the matches.

A three-member credentials check committee has been constituted for verification of age of the players.

Rana Mujahid Ali will be the convener with Habib Ahmad and Shahid Ali Khan as members.

Matches will be played on round-robin system.

Participating teams are Lahore, Sialkot, Karachi, Faisalabad, Quetta, PHF Academy, Islamabad and Peshawar.

International qualified coaches have been appointed with the teams.
