KARACHI, June 15 A lucrative purse of rupees one million will be at stake in the fourth DG Rangers Sindh National Junior squash championship which runs at their own squash complex in North Nazimabad from June 28 to July 3.

“The purse is the highest ever in the national ranking squash event,” secretary of the Sindh Squash Association, Tahir Khanzada, said on Tuesday. The event is being held in collaboration with the provincial squash body.

The two-day qualifying round will commence on June 28 followed by the main round from June 30.

The event will be held in boys' under-11, under-13, under-15, under-17 and under-19 while girls' will feature in under-15 and under-19 categories.

Last date for submission of entries is June 21. Accommodation will be provided to qualifiers and main round players.—Sports Correspondent
