ISLAMABAD, April 27: Labour, social and political organizations of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will observe May Day with zeal and fervour to highlight the problems of the workers of the twin cities.

This was decided in a meeting organized by the Peoples’ Rights Movement here on Sunday.

Seminars, symposiums, rallies and other functions will be organized to observe the event in a befitting manner.

A rally will be taken out from the Rawalpindi Press Club which will culminate in front of the Parliament House.

The representatives of Wapda Labour Union, Railways Mehnatkash Union, Awam Dost Mahaz, National Workers’ Association, etc., attended the meeting.
