KARACHI, April 17 Five more players entered the men's singles main round of the fourth Sindh Open ranking tennis tournament by winning qualifiers at the Beach View Club on Saturday.

Those who advanced include Fahad Anwer, Abdullah Khan, Mohammad Naseem, Fraz Mir and Fayyaz Ahmed.

Three players have qualified for the men's singles main round on Friday.

The main round matches are due to begin on Monday.

First round Nazif bt M.Ali Shayan 8-4; Maheen Dada bt Shehryar Jamal 8-0.

Sunday's fixtures

Juniors' under-17 qualifying round 9.00am; boys' under-11 singles and boys' under-15 singles 1.00pm; men's doubles qualifying round 2.30pm; ladies singles first round 3.30pm.
