HARIPUR, Jan 24 A labour contractor reportedly committed suicide over unspecified reasons at Best Way Mustehkan Cement Factory at Farooqia here on Saturday.
The contractor was reportedly upset due to delay in payment of salaries to the manpower. The contractor's son Mazhar said that he left the office of his father Irshad, 60, at around 11 am for some urgent piece of work within the factory premises, but, when he returned he found his father dead in his office.—Correspondent
