SIBI Session Court Sibi has rejected the petition filed for registering the First Information Report (FIR) against former president Pervez Musharraf in the killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti.

Session Judge Sibi in written verdict said that Nawab Akbar Bugti and others were killed in the area of Taratani, therefore the session court of District Kohlu should be contacted.

The petition was filed by Jamil Akbar Bugti — a son of Akbar Bugti, in the Sibi District and Sessions Court against the assassination of his father, seeking the courts direction for the registration of a case against Pervez Musharraf, ex-premier Shaukat Aziz, former Balochistan CM Jam Mohammad Yousaf and other senior officials.

The judge on Wednesday had reserved the verdict after completing the hearing of the case.
