KARACHI, Sept 7 Three ships to offload containers and palm oil were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday.
Meanwhile, two more ships carrying containers and furnace oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.
Seven ships, CSAV Rio Maule, Al Mariyah, Alexi-3, Gulf Eagle, Hiba Al-Noor-B, Cherry Galaxy and Stella, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, palm oil and furnace oil.
A cargo volume of 58,959 tons comprising 50,171 tons of import and 8,788 tons of export tonnage was handled.
Baffin, Maersk Novazzano, Bulgaria, CSAV Rio Maule and Al-Mariyah sailed out while Stella and Saudi Abha were due to depart.
