DERA GHAZI KHAN, Oct 17 Additional sessions judge Sheikh Tanveer directed the Civil Lines police to lodge an FIR against former president Pervez Musharraf, the former Punjab home secretary, the former Dera DPO and three SHOs of Dera under Section 154 here on Saturday.

Petitioner Aqeel Ahmedani had moved the court some one-and-a-half-months back alleging that he had been detained illegally by Saddar, City and Civil Lines SHOs on the direction of former president Pervez Musharraf, former home secretary Khusro Pervaiz and former Dera DPO Inkisar Ahmed.

He further alleged that they were detained for protesting against the Gen Musharraf's Nov 3 unconstitutional step.—Correspondent
