MIRPURKHAS, April 15: A youth, Mohammad Yasir, 18, was shot dead when he tried to offer resistance to some robbers who wanted to hijack his motorcycle at gun point opposite the main gate of the Civil Hospital on Monday night.
Mr Yasir had gone to the Moon Medical Store to get some medicines when two armed robbers arrived and tried to snatch his motorcycle. When the former offered resistance, he was shot dead and his motorcycle stolen.
However, nobody had been arrested till the filing of this report.
