KARACHI, April 14: Four ships carrying containers and to load naphtha are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves modest where four ships, Izumo, Ocean Luna and Express Kailash to unload and load containers and Mont Blanc to load molasses were berthed after the departure of as many.

The ships, which departed included Sima Bahar, Kota Indah, Ocean Luna and Malakand, while Izumo and Kota Wirawan are due to sail out on Tuesday.

Cargo handling activity remained slow for the second day in a row, falling to 23,994 tons as no oil tanker arrived. The export tonnage fell to 8,226 tons, while on the other hand import cargo rose to 15,768 tons.

The following ships are due on Tuesday: Ilia, to load 15,000 tons of naphtha, Lt. Grand, Sinar Bangka and APL Venezuela, to unload and load containers.
