LAHORE, April 13: A security guard shot dead his aunt in Arifwal, Sherakot, on Sunday.

The police said Amir Butt used to carry his gun with him. His aunt, Salma Bibi, 45, would always object him for carrying the weapon and asked him not to visit her house.

On Sunday, when Amir visited her, she asked him to leave her house. It triggered an exchange of hot words. Amir opened fire on his aunt, injuring her seriously and escaped.

The injured woman was taken to the Services Hospital where she died.

FOUND DEAD: An unidentified man, around 30, was found dead outside Bhati Gate on Sunday.

Police have taken the body into custody and sent it to the mortuary. They claim that no injury or torture marks have been found on the body.
