KARACHI, April 30 (APP) A five-member Pakistan snooker squad is due to leave for Dubai to feature in the twenty-third edition of Asian Snooker Championship being staged in the United Arab Emirates from May 3 to May 10.

Pakistan team included three players including former world number two Saleh Muhammad, Khurram Agha and recently crowned national champion Muhammad Sajjad Rana.


Bilal Mughal (coach) and Abdul Wahid Qadir (manager) are the officials travelling with the team while Shabbir Ahmed Daruwala and Shoaib Alam Khan have been invited by the Asian Confederation of Billiards Sports to supervise the match of the continental event as referees. In total, 51 cue-men representing 22 countries from across the continent are taking part in the championship.
